Holistic therapies provide clients with treatments that relax
the body physically, mentally and spiritually.
Clients will gain the maximum benefit from treatments when they are at a relaxed
state, which will help to rebalance their chakra's and in turn their aura, which
can allow the client to feel overall balanced and help them to overcome problems
within their life that appeared too difficult to deal with before.
As well as tackling the emotional unbalances of the client, holistic therapies also help to relieve stress brought on by illnesses, bereavement, family life or work.
It provides you with the time out that you need to relax your mind and forget the troubles in your life for a while.
All therapies allow a subtle energy to flow through your body
through the chakra's to revitalise the body so that the natural internal healing
mechanisms of the body can do their own work. Giving the body a helping hand.
This in turn may help to relieve pain and built up tension that can spiral into
more serious problems if not dealt with.
Another great benefit of therapies such as these is that your body will begin to
clear away toxins and impurities that can build up leaving you feeling

Each treatment has its own benefits that can target an area better than another
, therefore a full consultation will be given to ensure it is the right one for
you.
The initial consultation is free of charge and can take up to 30 minutes or more
and is compulsory for the safety of the client as certain medical problems may
not suit certain treatments and could in fact harm the client. Therefore honesty
is vital during the consultation and in some cases your GP may be contacted to
confirm the safety of the treatment. All records are stored away in a locked
cabinet for data protection purposes.
